Got a question before you book? Here’s what people ask us most, starting with booking and consultations. We’re adding more topics here as they come up, so check back if you don’t see your question yet.

Can I book a consultation if I’m not in the Philippines?

Yes, this is exactly who we built this for. We’ve had clients book in from the Middle East, the US, and Europe, and walk away with the same clear guidance as someone sitting right across the table in Cavite. Distance really isn’t a barrier here.

Where is Atty. Donna based?

She’s currently in Switzerland, so consultations run on Central European hours. No need to do any time zone math on your end though. Calendly automatically shows you slots in your own time zone when you book.

Do you handle inquiries in languages other than English or Filipino?

We’re most comfortable working in English and Filipino, so that’s what consultations and written guidance come in. If it’s easier to reach out in another language first, go for it. We’ll do our best to understand, and a quick follow-up in English or Filipino just helps us help you faster.

Is this a paid or free consultation? How much does it cost?

It’s a paid 30-minute consultation at $50, and you’ll see that clearly before you confirm your slot. To make it worth it, before your call, we’ll ask you to send over as much detail as you can – documents, dates, names, and whatever’s relevant to your situation. That way, Atty. Donna has already studied your case before you even get on the call. You’re not spending your 30 minutes catching her up. You’re spending it getting real answers and next steps you can actually use.

What should I prepare before the call?

Honestly, whatever you’ve got. A copy of the title, a deed, old messages with a seller or agent, or just a clear written summary if paperwork isn’t handy yet. The more you share beforehand, the more of the call goes toward your actual situation instead of the background.

Can I pay via GCash?

Not as a direct transfer anymore. We’ve since moved to an automated booking and payment system through Calendly and Stripe. Good news though, your GCash card still works just fine. Stripe accepts it like any regular debit or credit card at checkout, so there’s nothing extra for you to figure out.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens, no worries at all. Just use the reschedule link in your Calendly confirmation email to grab a new slot. Giving us 48 hours’ notice helps a lot when you can, but we understand things come up.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

If you can’t join within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it’ll be marked as a no-show. Since consultations are paid upfront, we do offer one free reschedule if you let us know within 48 hours. We get that life gets busy, just reach out as soon as you can so we can find you a new time.
