Atty. Donna Manlangit is a qualified attorney-at-law registered with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and a licensed Real Estate broker with the Professional Regulatory Commission. She’s practiced property law since 2014, after years of teaching it first.
She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in BA Public Administration from UP Diliman’s National College of Public Administration and Governance. Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago hired her right after graduation as a Legislative Staff Officer, where she learned how policy actually gets made from the inside. She kept working full-time at the Senate while taking evening classes at UP College of Law, and earned her Juris Doctor there. The moment she passed the bar in 2013, she sat for the real estate broker’s exam too. She already knew property law was where she wanted to specialize.
In 2014, she was admitted to both the Philippine Bar and the Philippine Board of Real Estate Service. She went on to teach Property Law, Land Titles and Deeds, Torts and Damages, and Legal Method at UP College of Law, the same subjects she now applies directly for clients.
She’s the Managing Partner of BAMA Law Firm, a boutique practice in Silang, Cavite, handling Property Law and Family Law cases. She’s also President of Primavita Realty, a brokerage built to support clients at every step, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors to sellers.
She now practices remotely from Switzerland. That means Filipino clients get the same direct access to her, regardless of where they, or she, happen to be.
