Atty. Donna Manlangit is a qualified attorney-at-law registered with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. She is also a Real Estate broker registered with the Professional Regulatory Commission.
She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in BA Public Administration from the National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) at the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman. After graduation, she was immediately hired by Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago as a Legislative Staff Officer where she learned about policy making and the legislative process under the strict tutelage of the good senator. While working for the Senate full time, she took her evening classes at the University of the Philippines College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. After taking the bar exam in 2013, she immediately took the real estate broker’s exam because she already knew that she wanted to specialize on property law.
Thus, in 2014, she was admitted both to the Philippine Bar as well as the Philippine Board of Real Estate Service. As part of her educational advocacy, she taught various law subjects at the UP College of Law, including Property Law, Land Titles and Deeds, Torts and Damages, and Legal Method.
When it comes to property dispute settlements, Atty. Donna is not just an ordinary law practitioner because she walks the talk. She is the Managing Partner of BAMA Law Firm which is a boutique firm located in Silang, Cavite where she handles cases involving Property Law and Family Law, ensuring all legal needs are meticulously addressed. She is also the President of Primavita Realty which is a brokerage company aiming to be a one-stop shop for their clients’ real estate needs, ensuring that clients receive professional assistance at every stage of their real estate journey, whether they are first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or sellers looking to maximize their property’s market potential.
Currently, she is based in Switzerland and learning French while exploring the Swiss Alps. However, she remains available to offer legal advice on Philippine matters and facilitate required legal actions back home.
